A dynamic set about capturing a theme park ride: bedazzling, exciting and full of drops. In parts, the sounds are heady and evocative, with cutting hard beats and shots of contorted '80s synths mostly danceable to propulsive grooves and glittering synth. Combined with expansive and interstellar experiments – make this mix one hell of a ride. By taking dubstep’s ideas and expanding them, punchy rhythms, but in the midst of a complex and deep soundscape, the driving pulses sound more like a spaceship’s cylinders firing making it an obvious candidate for a dance craze.

CK has been expanding his style, perfecting his sound design and lacing his mix productions with levels of intricacy. By turning everything inside out, the dizzyingly set draws from styles as diverse as hip hop, funk, electronica, dubstep and house, pacing that never lets an idea grow stale, and the mix hits with enough force to put a hole through the wall. Its build-up is particularly effective, short, sharp electronica backed by a synth that takes over before spinning out of control.
